Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Registration on vocaloff.ru and/or payment for a Subscription constitutes acceptance of this offer and creates a binding agreement between the Provider and the User on the terms set forth below.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the Service for splitting audio tracks into stems (vocal, instrumental, backing) in the volume corresponding to the chosen tariff plan. Current tariffs and pricing are published at /pricing and form an integral part of this Offer.

3. Free trial

A new User is granted one free generation for evaluation purposes. Downloading the result of a trial generation is disabled; download is available only after a paid Subscription is activated.

5. Refunds

A refund of the Subscription fee is available within 14 calendar days from the payment date, provided the User has consumed no more than 10% of the tariff's processing minutes. If more than 10% has been consumed, the service is deemed fully rendered and the fee is non-refundable (Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

Refund requests are submitted to hello@vocaloff.ru with the account email and payment date. Requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment card.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://vocaloff.ru/privacy, which forms an integral part of this Offer. Acceptance of the Offer constitutes consent to the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

The Provider may unilaterally amend this Offer. Amendments take effect three (3) calendar days after publication on vocaloff.ru. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance under circumstances of force majeure as defined in Article 401 of the Russian Civil Code (natural disasters, military actions, state authority actions, mass internet-infrastructure failures, etc.).

If any provision of this Offer is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Matters not covered by this Offer are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
